Armie Umale

Armie Umale has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Armie currently holds the position of HEAD of Product Supply Excellence at Monde Nissin Corporation since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Avon as the Head of Integrated Supply Chain Planning from 2020 to 2022.

Before Avon, they had a long and successful career at Procter & Gamble. Armie served as the Director Of Quality Assurance from 2018 to 2020 and led the organizational transformation of the manufacturing operation. Armie also held various leadership roles such as Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Plant Operations, Director of Asia Pacific Fabric and Home Care Supply Network Regional Operations, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations Manager for Fabric Care-Powders, Packaging Manager for Fabric and Home Care-Laundry, Fabric Conditioner and Hand Dish, and Engineering Project Manager for Fabric and Home Care-Fabric Conditioner and Hand Dish.

Throughout their career, Umale consistently achieved world-class results in operational excellence, organizational excellence, service and inventory excellence, manufacturing cost, productivity, safety, and quality excellence. Armie has also played a significant role in turning around category service levels and inventory excellence through systemic interventions and capacity planning. Armie Umale obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas between the years 1990 and 1996.
