Karline L. Chuongco

Karline L. Chuongco has over two decades of experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Senior Manager for Corporate Talent & Organizational Development at Monde Nissin Corporation since March 2002. Karline has held several key positions within the company, including HR Group Business Partner and HR Staffing and Organization Development Head. Prior to this role, Karline worked at Ateneo de Manila University from March 2001 to February 2022 as a Project Coordinator in Student Affairs, and earlier in 2000, served as a Preschool Teacher at Right Start Montessori. Karline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Ateneo de Manila University, completed in 2000.
