Anna Turek

Anna Turek has extensive experience in research and development within the chocolate industry, currently serving as an R&D Senior Scientist I at Mondelēz International since October 2018, specializing in European chocolate brands. Responsibilities include leading commercialization processes for new and existing products, conducting experimental trials, and collaborating with engineering teams to define process designs. Anna has also developed products for the Middle East and Africa market, preparing technical documentation, supporting factory operations, and conducting consumer tests. Prior to this, Anna worked as a laboratory technician at Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny we Wrocławiu, providing technical support and ensuring safety protocols in the laboratory. Anna holds a postgraduate degree in Occupational Health and Safety and a Master’s degree in Waste Management, complemented by an engineer's degree in Environmental Protection.
