Bharat Saklani

Bharat Saklani possesses extensive experience in supply chain strategy and transformation, with a current role as Director of Supply Chain Strategy & Transformation at Mondelēz International from August 2020 to July 2024. Responsibilities include leading network design and optimization, long-term capacity planning, and scenario modeling for investment opportunities while enhancing processes across functions and bakeries. Prior to this, Bharat held the position of Head of Integrated Business Planning, Demand Planning, and Innovation Commercialization for the Southeast Asia business unit, overseeing critical planning processes and providing strategic counsel to leadership. Additionally, Bharat has experience in innovation commercialization across various food categories and served as a Production Manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. Educational qualifications include an Executive General Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
