Christine Montenegro McGrath serves as the SVP and Chief Impact & Sustainability Officer at Mondelēz International, overseeing global sustainability strategies and the marketing of the Impact For Growth platform. With a career that includes various leadership roles at Mondelēz since 2012, Christine has spearheaded initiatives such as Cocoa Life, a substantial program aimed at improving cocoa communities and the supply chain. Prior experience at Kraft Foods includes serving as Vice President of Global Sustainability and transforming the company's approach to the Latino market. Christine holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Philosophy from Boston College and a Masters of Management in Marketing from the JL Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
