Regional CTO NA at Mondelez International

Cliff Eclarino is currently serving as the Regional CTO for North America at Mondelez International, starting in April 2024. Prior to this role, Cliff held various positions at Clif Bar & Company from February 2013 to April 2024, including Interim Head of IT and Director of IT Technical Services, where strategic planning and IT support for over 1,300 users were central responsibilities. Earlier experience includes roles at Ellison Framing, where an extensive overhaul of IT infrastructure and business continuity plans were developed, along with IT management positions at Ben C. Gerwick, Inc. and Wharton School of Business UPENN, focusing on budget management and disaster recovery strategies. Cliff Eclarino holds an MBA in Technology Management from the University of Phoenix and completed the CTO Program in Technology Strategy and Execution at the University of California, Berkeley.
