Clive Norton is an experienced research professional with a focus on sugar reduction and ingredient innovation. Currently serving as a Research Fellow and Research Principal at Mondelēz International since February 2012, Clive leads and mentors research initiatives in this area. Prior experience includes roles at Cadbury plc. as a Senior Associate Principal Scientist, contributing to Open Innovation and Ingredients Research, and at M&M Mars, where Clive worked as a Senior Scientist involved in both R&D and operations for petcare products, as well as chocolate and sugar candy product development in the Middle East. Clive holds a Ph.D. in Extrusion, Carbohydrates, Starches, and Sugars and a Bachelor's degree in Pure and Applied Physics, both from the University of Nottingham.
