Doug Ujdur

Doug Ujdur serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel for M&A and Global Law at Mondelēz International since September 2021. In this role, Doug Ujdur is responsible for global legal strategy related to mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity investments, and various corporate transactions. Previously, Doug Ujdur held the position of SVP and Chief Counsel at Cargill, where leadership included managing a global team of M&A lawyers, overseeing commercial real estate needs, and providing legal advisement on strategic transactions. Doug Ujdur began professional practice at Briggs and Morgan, P.A., representing businesses in significant mergers and acquisitions. Academic qualifications include a JD from the University of Minnesota Law School and a BBA from the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
