Douglas Hughes

Douglas Hughes has extensive experience in packaging development within the food industry, currently serving as VP Europe Packaging and Global Chocolate Packaging Capabilities at Mondelēz International since July 2010. His roles have included Senior Director of RDQ Global Packaging for Chocolate and leadership positions at the Bournville Technical Centre and in the Asia, Middle East & Africa region. Prior to Mondelēz, Hughes held key positions at Cadbury plc, including Head of Packaging for Australia & New Zealand and Packaging Development & Commercialisation Manager. Additional experience includes project management roles at Budelpack March Ltd and Robinson Paperboard Packaging. Hughes holds a BSc (Hons) from Prifysgol Aberystwyth University.
