Francis Miñano Lazo

Francis Miñano Lazo, PMP®, currently serves as Project Engineer Growth at Mondelēz International since December 2019, previously held roles such as Project Engineer II - ISC WACAM within the same company. Francis is a lifetime member of Beta Gamma Sigma since October 2023. Prior experience includes positions at MOLITALIA S.A. as Ingeniero de proyectos, at Grupo Palmas as Supervisor Proyectos Industriales, where responsibilities included managing a team of 18 in projects and assembly, and at Abbott as Engineering Project Leader overseeing multiple key projects.
