Frank Cervi is Chief Supply Chain Operations Officer for Mondelēz International, a global snacking company with 2021 net revenues of approximately $29 billion. In this role, Frank leads the organization’s supply chain operations across 140 plants and 57,000 employees. His leadership style is defined by his commitment to the safety of consumers and employees and a desire to provide value to customers.

Frank joined the company in 2015 as SVP, Integrated Supply Chain, Mondelēz International Europe, accountable for the end-to-end supply chain of the company's biggest business. In 2020, Frank moved to the position of SVP, Strategy and Transformation, Global Supply Chain, where he drove E2E Supply Chain change and established the Central Analytics Team developing data-driven solutions for the supply chain. While in this role, Frank also assumed an interim position as SVP, North America Supply Chain, providing continuity in the region until that position was permanently filled.

Prior to joining MDLZ, Frank spent more than 30 years in Engineering, R&D and Supply Chain functions around the world holding positions of increasing responsibility for Unilever, Best Foods, and Reckitt Benckiser. He has lived and worked in 10 countries on three continents. Outside MDLZ, he serves as an advisor for Sigmoid data engineering and analytics.
