Jonas Bruzas

Jonas Bruzas serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Global Compliance & Ethics Officer at Mondelēz International since March 2005, leading the Global Law, IP and Operations team and overseeing global legal strategies to protect the company's intellectual property and facilitate its growth agenda. With prior leadership roles at Kraft Foods, including Vice President & Chief Counsel for Global Law and Intellectual Property, Jonas managed a wide range of legal matters, particularly in cross-border transactions and M&A. Early career experiences include advisory roles at Baltijos Televizija and the Lithuanian Cultural Foundation, as well as a sales coordinator position at Philip Morris International. Jonas holds a Master's Degree in American/U.S. Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law and a Masters in Law from Vilnius University.
