Kaisa Burton is a dynamic sales leader with extensive experience in the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for Natural & Specialty at Mondelēz International since October 2023, Kaisa leads a team focused on expanding business within Natural, Sports, and Specialty accounts following Mondelēz's acquisition of Clif Bar. Prior to this role, Kaisa held several key positions at Clif Bar & Company from March 2014 to October 2023, including Director of Sales for Regional Grocery & Natural, where responsibilities included managing significant retailers and distributors. Kaisa's background also encompasses various account management roles at General Mills Canada and other notable companies, showcasing expertise in trade marketing, customer development, and strategy execution. Kaisa holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from McGill University.
