Karine Perrier

Karine Perrier has extensive experience in operations and project management within the food production industry, currently serving as Chef de projet at Mondelēz International since May 2017, focusing on compliance and infrastructure improvements at the Cestas factory. Previous roles include Responsable HSE and Directrice d'unité industrielle, where management of operational activities, recruitment, and supply chain responsibilities were key. Prior to Mondelēz, Karine worked at 3M France for almost 15 years in various technical and operational leadership roles, including Directeur des opérations techniques and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. An engineering graduate from Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Ingénieurs en Arts Chimiques et Technologiques and holder of a CAAE from IAE Toulouse, Karine brings a strong background in chemical engineering and industrial management to her professional endeavors.
