Kathy Conto

Kathy Conto is an experienced professional in sustainability and packaging development, currently serving as the Senior Sustainability Manager for Climate & Environment at Mondelēz International. Previous roles at Mondelēz include Packaging Sustainability Manager in Global Procurement and Packaging Innovation Manager for Procurement Europe. Prior to joining Mondelēz, Kathy worked at Procter & Gamble as a Senior Researcher and Researcher in R&D for Packaging Development focused on the Latin American market. Kathy's academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Chemistry with a specialization in Biopolymers synthesis and application from Universidad Simón Bolívar, along with research experience in the Polymers Science Laboratory and teaching as a General Chemistry Lecturer at the same university. Additionally, Kathy completed advanced studies at the University of Cambridge in 2020.
