Kean Leong Chng

Kean Leong Chng is an accomplished procurement and supply chain professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Procurement Director at Mondelēz International since January 2017, Kean has held multiple leadership roles focusing on packaging, sustainability, logistics, and product supply in the AMEA region. Prior to Mondelēz, Kean worked at Philips Healthcare from 2014 to January 2017, where responsibilities included leading supply chain project management across the ASEAN-Pacific region and driving sales excellence initiatives. Kean's career began at Novartis from 2007 to 2014, gaining valuable experience in operational excellence and global operations strategy. Kean holds a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering Practice from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an Executive MBA in International Supply Chain Management from ETH Zürich, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
