At Mondelēz International, Kim served as Director of NA Ventures R&D, Associate Director R&D for North America Gum & Candy, and Associate Director for Global Gum from November 2011 to December 2021. Prior experience includes ten years at Kraft Foods as Section Manager for Global Biscuit Packaging and various leadership roles in Cookies, Channels, and Food Service Packaging R&D. Kim began a career at Nabisco, contributing as Research Associate in Food Service R&D and later as Associate Manager in Consumer Insights/Business Information. Kim holds a degree from Rutgers University, obtained in December 1990.
