Responsibilities include managing end-to-end packaging projects across the AMEA region and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful project execution. Prior roles include Manager - Packaging at Jacobs Engineering India, where key contributions involved establishing a packaging discipline for Unilever, and Section Head - Projects at Pidilite Industries, focusing on capital expenditure projects and automation. Previous experience also encompasses engineering roles at Huhtamaki PPL Ltd and IMA PG India Limited, showcasing expertise in packaging machinery and design. MILIND INGALE holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from K J Somaiya Institute of Management and a B.E. in Production Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
