Mumal Singh

Mumal Singh is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Director of HR for Tate’s Supply Chain at Mondelēz International, Mumal has previously held positions such as HR People Lead for North America Ventures and HR, and Global HR Business Lead for Mondelez Digital Services. Prior experience includes serving as HR Business Partner for the Commercial Bank and CitiBusiness at Citi India, where Mumal also held the role of Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer for South Asia. With a background in HR consulting at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and experience in internships at Godrej, Colgate Palmolive, and Ernst & Young, Mumal specializes in Organization Design, Performance Management, HR Transformation, and Talent Development. Mumal holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management & Labour Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
