Odette Moncayo

Odette Moncayo (Sierra-Gomez) has extensive experience at Mondelēz International, serving as the Sr. Director of Global Process Engineering & Pilot Plants for Beverages, Gum, Candy, and Meals since May 2001. This role involves providing strategic leadership and overseeing global project portfolios, as well as resource planning across various technical platforms. Previous positions include Associate Director of North American Strategy for Food Service and Canada Product Development Lead, where portfolio management and team leadership were key responsibilities. Odette also held several section manager roles focusing on Global Gum Platforms, NA Gum Platforms, and confectionery packaging, demonstrating a strong focus on innovation and cross-functional collaboration.
