Ozan Basegmez

Ozan Basegmez is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Director, DevOps Regional Delivery Lead for the Americas at Mondelēz International, responsible for developing strategic delivery roadmaps and overseeing SAP-related projects. Prior to this role, Ozan held significant positions at Clif Bar & Company, including IT Director of Business Applications and Senior Manager of Business Applications, managing large teams and budgets while ensuring system reliability and compliance. Ozan's earlier career at GrafTech International encompassed roles from ERP Manager to Senior IT Business Analyst, where expertise in Oracle JD Edwards was developed. Consulting roles at CGI and GlobalSoft focused on delivering ERP solutions, while an early career position as a SAP Business Analyst at Hürriyet involved implementing major modules to enhance operational efficiency.
