Pete Rauchenstein

Pete Rauchenstein serves as the Director of SAP Platform Operations and Engineering at Mondelēz International since December 2021, following a successful tenure as the Senior Cloud Engineering Lead. Prior to this, Pete held various positions at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company, including Director of Sales, Marketing & CRM Solutions and Manager of Human Capital Management, where responsibilities encompassed transforming HR business requirements into IT solutions and overseeing the HR platform's implementation and maintenance. Pete's earlier career included roles at Procter & Gamble, where management of the SAP NetWeaver infrastructure and development of custom SAP-HR web applications were key contributions. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Management Information Systems from The Ohio State University.
