Rachel McCaw

Rachel McCaw is an accomplished supply chain and planning leader with extensive experience in global demand planning and operational excellence. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Planning and OTC at Mondelēz International, Rachel spearheads significant SAP S/4 HANA and o9 implementations and drives the development of AI/ML forecasting processes. Previously, Rachel held senior director roles at Beam Suntory and Mars Wrigley Confectionary, where efforts encompassed S&OP implementation and end-to-end planning improvements. Rachel's analytical leadership fosters cross-functional collaboration and enhances forecasting accuracy across diverse markets. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Political Science from the University of Iowa.
