Prior roles include HR leadership positions at Kraft Foods and Cadbury India, where Rajesh was instrumental in operational model transformations and HR management for diverse business functions. Rajesh holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a degree in Economics from Hindu College.
