Rosa Leandra Ruiz

Rosa Leandra Ruiz has been with Mondelēz International since April 2014, currently serving as the My Work & Life Team Lead for SEA1 and a Global Learning Advisor. Ruiz has extensive experience in the end-to-end delivery of complex learning programs and plays a pivotal role in learning and development processes. Previous roles include People Experience Advisor for Australia/New Zealand, Global Learning Jr. Specialist, Executive Assistant/HR Admin/Employee Engagement, and Travel and Expense Associate. Prior to Mondelēz, Ruiz worked at InterContinental Hotels Group as a MeetingBroker Care Coordinator, ensuring compliance in Requests for Proposal and revenue recording. Ruiz holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management and Systems Development from San Beda College, completed in 2011.
