Teddy M. Vargas

Teddy M. Vargas is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various multinational companies. Currently serving as Vice President & Managing Director for North Wacam at Mondelēz International since November 2020, Teddy oversees operations in Central America, the Caribbean, Colombia, Ecuador, and Americas Exports. Previously, Teddy held the position of General Manager at Kimberly-Clark, managing long-term strategic initiatives and full P&L responsibility for Central America and the Caribbean. Teddy's career includes significant roles at PepsiCo, focusing on market strategies and growth in South Central America, and earlier positions at Colgate-Palmolive, Eli Lilly and Company, and Texaco. Teddy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
