Viktoria Kleinova

Viktoria Kleinova is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources, holding key positions at several prominent organizations. Currently serving as the People Experience Team Lead for Mondelēz International in Ukraine since April 2021, Viktoria previously worked as an HR Senior Manager at Miratech from March 2017 to April 2021. Prior roles include HR Senior Associate, HR Specialist, and HR Junior Specialist at EY from February 2006 to March 2017, and HR Administrator at "Autocenter Skoda" from September 2004 to February 2006. Viktoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Philology from the National University 'M.P. Drahomanov', Kyiv (1997-2002), and has furthered education with training from the EBA HR School (2010-2011) and the National Aviation University (2014-2016).
