Vincent Johnson

Vincent Johnson is an experienced legal professional specializing in compliance, data privacy, and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Senior Director, Chief Counsel for Global Compliance & Data Privacy and Chief Privacy Officer at Mondelēz International since October 2020, Vincent previously held the role of Senior Counsel for Compliance & Securities at bp, where significant legal and regulatory guidance was provided on FCPA, anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, and trade regulations. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, where representation in appellate litigation and support for the CFTC's adjudicatory functions were key responsibilities.
