Nish Verma

Nish Verma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operational leadership. Currently serving as the Vice President of HR and Chief Operating Officer at Mondetta Clothing since November 2013, Nish manages various operational functions including Human Resources Services, Information Technology, and Change Management. Previous roles include Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, where responsibilities encompassed the development and implementation of HR policies and programs, and Assistant Deputy Minister of Human Resources Operations for the Government of Manitoba, focusing on HR service delivery. Nish has also contributed as an HR Specialist at the City of Brandon and held various managerial roles in organizations such as Hewlett Packard and OHI Telecommunications. Nish holds multiple certifications including FCPHR, PMP, SHRM-SCP, and recently completed a Certified Executive Coach degree from Royal Roads University. Academic qualifications include a Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Engineering.
