Juan Bernardo Villerías Padilla has a wealth of experience in the business and marketing industry. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Microsoft as Senior Product Marketing Manager and Senior Category Manager, where they were accountable for the fastest growing cloud business productivity into B2B & B2C segments revenue, P&L, owner and driver of KPI's segment and subsidiary scorecard metrics. In 2019, they became Co Managing Partner at Segurolas, the first transactional SWITCH in Mexico of micro insurance and mass insurance for online sales and mobile apps.
Juan Bernardo Villerías Padilla has a well-rounded educational background. Juan Bernardo obtained a BA in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1994-1998, followed by an MBA in Business & Finances from the same institution in 2004-2007. Juan Bernardo also completed a Seminar in Business and Sports Marketing at Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2011 and an Executive Program in Management Skills in 2012-2013. In 2014, they attended a Seminar in Enterprise Leadership at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
