Lidija Sljeric

Lidija Sljeric is a seasoned professional in people development and organizational management, currently serving as the Group Head of People Development at Mondi Group since 2016. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Telekom Austria Group from 2008 to 2016, where Lidija was the Group Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development, as well as overseeing Group Human Resources Development and the TAG Business School. Earlier in Lidija's career, experience at VIPnet d.o.o. spanned from 2000 to 2008, including positions as a People Development Expert and HR Generalist. Lidija's educational background features a Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching, Organization Design from CIPD Qualifications, and studies at INSEAD and the University of Zagreb.
