Marcin Janiak

Marcin Janiak is an experienced production manager currently with Mondi Group since May 2025, following a notable tenure at UPM Raflatac from September 2018 to April 2025, where Marcin held roles including Production Manager for Emerging Technologies, Process Coating Engineer, and Junior Process Coating Engineer. Prior to this, Marcin worked as an IQC/MQE Engineer at ZF Group from December 2017 to August 2018. Marcin Janiak holds an Engineer's degree in Project Management from Wrocław University of Science and Technology (2014-2017), a Master's degree in Management and Production Engineering from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (2019-2021), and a Postgraduate Degree in Lean Six Sigma from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (October 2021 - June 2022).
