Miranda Mako serves as Senior Legal Counsel for Consumer Flexibles & Functional Paper and Films at Mondi Group since March 2019, specializing in dispute resolution and intellectual property while also acting as a legal business partner and compliance officer. Previously, Miranda held roles at renowned firms including Konrad & Partners, Herbert Smith Freehills, WilmerHale, and Clifford Chance LLP, focusing on international commercial arbitrations, protection of foreign investments, and anti-bribery investigations. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. with Distinction from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, an International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert certification from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances, and a Magistra Iuris degree from the University of Vienna.
