We are a family-owned business that has been handcrafting nougat using the finest Australian ingredients and traditional Italian recipes since 1990.

Our eight original flavours include Vanilla Soft, Chocolate Soft, and Vanilla Crunchy, while premium flavours include Macadamia Cherry Soft and Cranberry and Pistachio Soft.

Based in the Swan Valley wine region since 2000, Mondo Nougat is a popular spot with locals dropping in for a coffee and international visitors interested in seeing production through our viewing window.

You will also find Mondo Nougat in specialty retailers and our online store.
