Soo Choi-Andrews

Soo Choi-Andrews has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Soo is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Mondoo since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Google for two years in the Partnerships department from January 2019 to March 2021.

Before joining Google, Soo Choi-Andrews served as the Chief Commercial Officer at DevOps Research and Assessment LLC from May 2017 to December 2018. Soo also held multiple positions at Chef Software, including Senior Product Manager, Senior Director of Business Development, and Chief of Staff in the Office of the CTO/Engineering. Soo worked at Chef Software from October 2013 to April 2017.

From January 2011 to December 2013, Soo Choi-Andrews held the role of Sr. Director, OpenStack Operations & Development at Rackspace Hosting. Prior to Rackspace Hosting, they co-founded Anso Labs and served as COO and Co-Founder, leading the development of open-source cloud software targeted at government and large enterprises. Soo worked at Anso Labs from May 2010 to January 2011.

Soo Choi-Andrews gained experience in the government sector as the NASA Nebula Program Lead at NASA Ames Research Center from October 2009 to November 2010. Soo was responsible for managing and implementing the NASA Nebula Cloud Computing Platform.

Soo'searlier career includes roles such as Senior Program Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton from May 2005 to August 2010, Project Manager at Proteus in 2005, and Global Extranet Manager at Cable & Wireless, PLC US from May 2001 to March 2005.

Soo Choi-Andrews earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Telecommunication from the University of Florida from 1992 to 1996. Soo then pursued further education at Florida Atlantic University, where they obtained their MBA in Operations Management from 1999 to 2001.
