Isabel Martín Mata

Isabel Martín Mata began their work experience in 1993 as Jefe de Administración y Adjunto a Dirección at Carrefour. After working there for five years, they moved to mccgraphics in 1998 where they held the position of Directora Financiera y RRHH for almost 18 years. In 2016, they joined Prevencilan as the Directora General, responsible for the strategic development of the organization, commercial and marketing activities, and organizational optimization. In 2018, Isabel became the Directora Territorial at umivale, Mutua Colaboradora con la Seguridad Social nº 15. Currently, they are working as the Finance & IT Director at Mondragon Assembly since November 2019.

Isabel Martín Mata's education history includes several academic achievements spanning different fields and institutions. From 1987 to 1992, they attended the University of Deusto where they obtained a Licenciatura degree in Económicas y Empresariales (Economics and Business). Later, in 1999-2000, they pursued a Master's degree in interactive Environmental Law from the Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea. In 2010-2011, they enrolled in the University of Deusto once again, completing an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) at Deusto Business School.

In 2011, Isabel Martín Mata expanded their knowledge further by attending two specialized programs. Isabel enrolled in the Manager for the XXI Century Programme with a focus on Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility at Boston College Carroll School of Management. Additionally, they participated in the Value Innovation Programme at INSEAD.

Most recently, in 2016-2017, Isabel pursued a Master's degree in Salud laboral y prevención de riesgos laborales (Occupational Health and Risk Prevention) through UNIR - La Universidad en Internet.
