Mikel Gantxegi

Mikel Gantxegi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mikel began their career as a Production Manager at Balzers-Elay, where they played a key role in the start-up of a new plant. Mikel then moved on to Celay S.A. de C.V., where they served as an Industrial Manager, overseeing the construction and installation of machinery in a new production plant. Mikel later joined Elay Industrial S.A. as a Production Manager, managing the production department, warehouse-shipping, and maintenance. Mikel then transitioned to Mundukide Fundazioa, where they served as the Managing Director, responsible for coordinating and managing cooperation for development projects. Most recently, Mikel has been with Mondragon Assembly, initially joining as the China General Manager and later transitioning to the role of Zuzendari Orokorra - General Manager. In their current position, they are responsible for directing the establishment of a new production plant, managing various areas such as finance, sales, and human resources.

Mikel Gantxegi pursued their education at Mondragon Unibertsitatea, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from 1990 to 1995. Mikel later returned to the same university and attained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration and Management from 2011 to 2012.
