Oier Aliaga Garcia

Oier Aliaga Garcia began their work experience in 2001 as part of the technical office at Alfa Deco S.A., where they remained until 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they worked at Fundación CTA as a testing engineer, focusing on fluid dynamics. In 2008, they joined Mondragon Assembly S.Coop, initially working as a Project Engineer until 2014, and then transitioning to the role of Solar Process Manager. In this position, they were responsible for process improvement, managing PV modules certification processes, and technological surveillance.

Oier Aliaga Garcia attended Mondragon Unibertsitatea from 1998 to 2005, where they completed a Bachelor's degree in Ingeniería industrial (Industrial Engineering). During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Ingeniería industrial from Mondragon Unibertsitatea.
