Thomas van der Ploeg is a design engineer with a solid background in mechanical engineering, having earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) at the University of Cape Town from 2009 to 2014. Currently employed at Mondraker since June 2021, Thomas previously held the position of Senior Engineer at Silverback Technologies GmbH from January 2017 to May 2021 and worked as a Junior Design Engineer at Rickard Air Diffusion between January 2015 and April 2016.
