Daan Strating

Daan Strating is an experienced IT and information management professional, currently serving as the Head of IT and Information Management at Mondriaan Fonds since February 2023, overseeing application management and IT organization. Previously, Daan worked as an IT and Application Manager at Nederlands Filmfonds, responsible for the AIMS subsidy application system, and gained experience at Museum Boijmans Van Beuningen in managing and developing a collection information system. Other roles include Development Staff at Het Scheepvaartmuseum, focusing on membership management and CRM systems, and various positions at ING, where Daan contributed to business analysis and management reporting. Daan holds a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, a Bachelor of Arts in Cultural Heritage from Amsterdamse Hogeschool voor de Kunsten, and a degree as an Assistant Accountant from ROC van Amsterdam.
