Johan Gustavsson

Johan Gustavsson is a seasoned curator and educator with extensive experience in the art sector. Currently serving as the Curator of Prospects for the Mondriaan Fund since March 2019, Johan has curated multiple editions of the exhibition showcasing emerging artists. In addition, Johan has co-directed and curated at Stichting Project Space 1646, an innovative art space in The Hague, since 2004. Johan is also a board member at the non-profit organization Page Not Found, which focuses on artist publications. As a docent at the Royal Academy of Art in The Hague, Johan contributes to the Fine Arts and Interactive Media departments. Previously, Johan co-founded The Naked, promoting a diverse understanding of the art world, and was a cultural ambassador for The Hague. Johan holds a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts from the Sandberg Institute and a Bachelor’s Degree from the Royal Academy of Art, The Hague.
