Liza Voetman

Liza Voetman is a PhD candidate at Tilburg University, focusing on the critical counter-voice in contemporary art practice. In addition to current work at the Mondriaan Fonds as an advisor, Liza has extensive experience in the educational sector as a member of the Werkgroep Opleidings- en Beroepsprofielen at Fontys Hogeschool voor de Kunsten, where responsibility includes reevaluating educational and professional profiles in fine art and design. Liza also teaches, coordinates graduation projects, and collaborates on collective development initiatives within the artistic community. Freelance writing for publications such as Metropolis M and Jegens & Tevens, along with curatorial roles at PARK, further demonstrates Liza's engagement with contemporary art discourse. Liza's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Kunst- en Cultuurwetenschappen and a Bachelor of Fine Arts.
