Sjoerd Houben

Sjoerd Houben is a seasoned professional in the fields of photography and creative production, currently serving as Projectmedewerker Beeldende Kunst at Mondriaan Fund since August 2023. As the Owner of NPC - No Pleasure Cruise since June 2018, Sjoerd provides a range of photography-related services, including event coverage and image editing, while also focusing on personal exhibitions and self-publishing. Previously, Sjoerd held roles such as Creatief Producent Kunsthal at Kunstlinie Almere Flevoland, Office/Venue Manager at Mediamatic, and organized alternative electronic music events with Passing Tones. Additional experience includes an internship as Assistant Curator at Fotomuseum Antwerpen and educational credentials consisting of a Master of Arts in Photography from KASK School of Arts Ghent and a Bachelor's degree in International Business & Languages from HZ University of Applied Sciences.
