Joanne Yip

Joanne Yip serves as the Finance Planning & Implementation Manager at Moneris since September 2012, leading enterprise-wide projects, managing change processes, and ensuring effective communication across Finance teams. With prior roles including Associate Project Manager and Project Analyst at Moneris, Joanne has extensive experience in project coordination and operational assessments. Earlier positions included roles in customer retention, where recognition was received for high achievement, and a range of support roles, all demonstrating strong customer relationship management skills. Joanne holds a Certificate in Principles of Project Management from The College of St. Scholastica, a Post-Graduate degree in Marketing Management from Humber College, and a Bachelor's degree in Music and Classical History from the University of Waterloo.
