Marc Hollenberg is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in customer experience and operations management. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer and Vice President of Customer Experience at Moneris since November 2014, Marc previously held the role of Vice President of Customer Care at Kobo Inc. from September 2013 to May 2014, where responsibilities included strategic and day-to-day operations of the Customer Care Network. Prior to that, Marc was the Vice President and Business Leader for Customer Experience at American Express from 2007 to September 2013, overseeing a large multi-lingual customer service center. Marc Hollenberg holds a degree from Concordia University.
