Margaret Bent

Margaret Bent is an accomplished leader in talent and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of Leadership Programs & Change Management at Moneris since June 2024. With over a decade of experience at Moneris, previously holding roles such as Senior Manager and Manager of Learning Services, Margaret has expertly managed teams to design and implement impactful learning solutions and performance improvement initiatives. Earlier professional experiences include various leadership positions in learning and instructional design at Centennial College and teaching roles at international institutions including Colegio Franklin Delano Roosevelt in Lima and Thorpe Bay School. Margaret holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum, Teaching and Learning from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education of the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Education and Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Biology from McGill University.
