Paul Souter

Paul Souter is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in technology and infrastructure delivery. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Technology Project Delivery at Moneris since November 2015, Paul oversees a team of nine project and program managers, ensuring the successful delivery of over 25 projects annually that enhance cybersecurity and support development teams. Previously, Paul held positions such as Manager of Infrastructure and Information Security Project Portfolio and Senior Project and Governance Manager at Moneris, where significant achievements included transforming project methodologies to Agile. Before Moneris, Paul worked at L3Harris Technologies as a Program Management Analyst, and prior to that, at Bar Hydraulics Inc. as a Mechanical Engineering Technologist. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Professional Writing and Management Studies from the University of Waterloo and furthered education at Mohawk College.
