Stefan Fennes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and client delivery across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Product & Operational Excellence at Moneris since November 2022, Stefan directs a team of Product Owners and Managers, overseeing the entire product lifecycle and ensuring operational readiness for multi-disciplinary initiatives. Prior to this, Stefan held the position of Director of Client Delivery Global Center of Excellence at Paysafe Group, where Stefan established a formal Project Management Office and built a global team. Earlier roles include Director of Professional Services at Aptos Retail, where Stefan managed multiple teams and maintained accountability for significant business sectors, and Director of Client Services and IT at Multidev Technologies Inc. Stefan's career began at Epicor Software Corp, where Stefan led a client care team. Stefan holds a degree from CDI College as a Programmer Analyst / Internet Solutions Developer.
