Randall Stauder

Portfolio Strategist at Moneta Group

As Portfolio Strategist, Randall Stauder leads many of the teams’ investment initiatives in both public and private markets. He embraces the fast-paced environment in which no two days are the same while working with a talented team to navigate the most complex issues for clients.

Randall is a founding member of Moneta’s Private Market Team. In that capacity, he evaluates private market managers and alternative investment strategies, builds private investment programs for clients and serves on the Private Investment Committee.

Randall leads the team’s Public Investment Committee, collaborating with Moneta’s Investment Department and the team’s partners and advisors in order to maintain model portfolios and investment guidance. Drawing on his range of investment knowledge, Randall also co-authors many of the team’s market commentary communications.

In addition, Randall works closely on the team’s large Family Office portfolios, carefully managing trading strategies and asset allocation, building financial models and projections and assessing clients’ intricate cash flows.

Originally from Sunset Hills and an alum of Lindbergh High, Randall now resides in a 19th century home in the city’s Central West End near Forest Park. He graduated from the University of Missouri with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Banking, and has completed level one of the Chartered Financial Analyst curriculum while currently studying to take level two.

Randall is an avid supporter of the Special Olympics, United Way and anything to improve the St. Louis community. Outside of his career he enjoys golf, alpine skiing, woodworking and traveling – having visited 18 different countries. A self-proclaimed Fantasy Football maven and a former two-term Commissioner of his league, he spends countless hours each Fall employing a sophisticated “Moneyball” strategy which he hopes will one day bring home a trophy.
