Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS)
Ms. Celine Sia is the Assistant Managing Director (Economics & Knowledge Management). She oversees the Economic Analysis Department, Economic Surveillance & Forecasting Department, Macroprudential Surveillance Department, and Enterprise Knowledge Department tasked with strengthening knowledge and data management in MAS.
Ms. Sia joined MAS in 1993 after completing a master's in Economics. She was seconded to the IMF between 2002-and 2004. Ms. Sia was awarded the Public Administration (Silver) Medal in 2018 and the Long Service Medal in 2019.
